SBSnap - Better Together!
SBSnap stands for Santa Barbara Special Needs Adaptive Programs.
We are an all volunteer community organization helping make the world around us a better, happier place for special needs children, families & adults.
- Help Families sort out information specific to their needs - education, recreation, support groups
- Encourage increased participation in existing programs and special needs activities
- Provide tools for program planners serving the special needs community to organize meetings and programs without overlapping
- Encourage organizations and parent groups to coordinate their resources and programs to reach desired outcomes
